Drop and Anchor Lyrics
it's the way i see it, and oh what a point of view. it's the line that calms us all, like
a bell on fire. and how we love the call. aim the sound at me. the small wall, the long
haul up. where candor always leads the conversation. the center of cities, it is divided,
but it has no imperfection. it's the wall that holds us there. (i'm) thinking i can fly
now, as the city draws us down. i hear mexico. above all, are we out for contact? oh,
can't i. and i could be anchor. drop me in the bay and watch me hold you steady. it's the
way i see it and oh what a point of view. hold you. it's the way i see it.

why hasnt commented on this song its amazing. i love this song. the best line in this song is.
"and i could be anchor. drop me in the bay and watch me hold you steady."
dont you agree?
only one comment so far? :( this amazing song deserves more than that!
i think this song has to do with a friend (or sumthing more than that) who is helping to keep the other person on track, or help them out in some way.... why are their songs so imensly vague, lyricaly??? they are so good!!!!
i could be anchor. drop me in the bay and watch me hold you steady.
hanging on to a relationship, helping them out through everything they need. I will always be there for you...
I think it's about trying to prove to someone how much you love them and that you would anything for them, if they only let you try. It's as if they were saying: "Hey, I'm here for you, I wanna be important to you. Why can't you see it?"
