I think this song is about being on a breakup with someone, then resorting to drinking / binging to ease the pain that someone feels. During this time someone realises that he/she doesnt need their partner because they have realized how much better off they are without them.

this song is about vodka and his love for it when your an alcoholic you get comfordable being an alcoholic when he realized that drinking is making everything even shityer and that had to kick drinking made him sad i'm an aloholic and i could never pitcher my life witout it

haha this is the ultimate break up song....when i got played i put this on repeat for hours...its totally true...haha even though i never thought about it as an undying confession of an alcoholic...but i always thought iit was getting over someone with liquor and trying to hold on to something...and your trying to hold onto that person but you realize that its over and they fucking screwed you over soo then you hit the booze??? lol ME

I think this song is about Coby and his alcohol problems. He's now managed to overcome his alcohol problem and that's what I think this song is about; he's saying "I am done with you" meaning 'I am done with the alcohol' - he doesn't need it any more.

"I count the days that we have spent apart" - the days since he has stopped drinking.

"I've got a bad liver and a broken heart" - bad liver from the booze and a broken heart coz it wrecked him.

"You make my life completely miserable" - drinking made him miserable and unhappy with himself.

You probably get the picture. Well that's my take on it anyway, considering he has recently overcome his drinking problem. You may or may not agree...but what the hell! :-]

I just got done seeing papa roach live from the Hard Rock in Las Vegas. This song is indeed about coby's alcohol problems because before he played done with you he said "This is the music that saved my life". Also it was a great concert!

it means everything to me, its represents my break up with my boyfriend, i've no realised i'm better off without him, without the comments, without everything. one year wasted but treasured. its basically someone going through a break up and resorting to alcohol and through that finally realising that they're better off without them.

The Song is one of the best on the album. He can't stand that they split and has been on the bottle screwing himself up since, but he knows its a good thing that they broke up so he's done with her. Kick ass song and really deserving of a greatest hits album.
