I think this song is about Coby and his alcohol problems. He's now managed to overcome his alcohol problem and that's what I think this song is about; he's saying "I am done with you" meaning 'I am done with the alcohol' - he doesn't need it any more.

"I've got a bad liver and a broken heart" - bad liver from the booze and a broken heart coz it wrecked him.
"You make my life completely miserable" - drinking made him miserable and unhappy with himself.
