This hidden track is the original black box record of Japan Airlines Flight 123 (answers.com/topic/japan-airlines-flight-123 ) that crashed in 1985. This track refers to "Dalai Lama".
And "reise" really doesn't mean "arise" - I'm german and therefore I'm pretty sure about that.
