It's so freakin awesome. I'm sure it was in Scrubs at some point. This is what I love this band for- songs that have obviously been made on a passionate whim; fun, spur-of-the-moment type songwriting, and the result almost always brilliant.
totally thought it was about a vagina too.
my mom thinks that the presidents wrote it for/about a little girl. Little kids always seem to hang on to clothes until they're falling apart at the seams ;)
