cherry oh cherry might be a reference to the character cherry in the outsiders. i say this because jamie's nickname is ponyGIRL, and the lead character in the outsiders is ponyBOY. and cherry and ponyboy like each other.

i dont think the 20,000 deaths part is a referance to abortion, its saying that this person desrves to die 20,000 times.
I have a feeling that this song is a reference to JT Leroy, actually. Jamie supposedly knew that Leroy was a fake long before it was unraveled, and the song could possibly be about that. This is just something I heard, though. I almost sort of doubt it's true.

I think this osng is possibly about abortion. 20,000 deaths could be the number of fetuses aborted. Plus the line "while your friend killed her baby" supports the abortion argument.
