I dont like the "this is not my-" parts. In case anybody cares. This song is about being in the middle of something that is not yours.

Who the fuck is this NeutralPunkGuy person, and how did he manage to fuck up the lyrics to EVERY song off the new album. Because I'm lazy, I won't point them all out, but here for example, the lines are actually: I'm the PARIAH (Break Me) I am THE LIAR (Save Me) I can't take anything (Make Me) Accuse me of everything (TAKE Me)

Cut off the system (SHAPE Me) Deny my existance (WASTE Me) I won't be afraid (Try Me) I won't be unmade (DENY Me!)

And that's all straight from the lyrics that came with the the CD. There's a number of other errors in this song, and a ton in every other song from Vol 3. as well. If you're going to post the lyrics, do it right or don't do it at all, Jerky!

Now for what i think the song means

i think the song is about questioning who is really truly behind you as far as friendship a lot of paranoia seems to come across in this song he wonders why no one ever told him everyone could be so decietful im guessing he got backstabbed by a close friend or possibkly a gf he is completely lost without that person and now he doesnt know what to do so he contemplates suicide

This song is about getting away from negative people who keep trying to judge you, (in this case about beliefs.) It goes for everyone, if you don't like who I am and what I believe in then get the FUCK away from me or at least don't bring it up! I left your (religion, life style, or even simple minded way of looking at life) for a reason, I don't want to fight about it anymore.

well besides the mistakes - not his fault - heres what Three Nil is about: Its basically about helplessness and a loss of respect that is happening. "Maybe im looking in the wrong direction", "Every promise i make, Im recinding" and "Cry for help". Shows someone is in pain. Lost and helpless, needing to try something new as everything in the past that Corey has tried has never worked. You can say that near enough to the end of the song, realisation becomes apparent and that its time to get help. No hope - need help from others. Catchy as fuck and awesome!

The song has multiple meanings. The main one is in the title, "Three Nil", Nil which means nothing, and three, Vol.3 is Corey's third slipknot album. Basically Corey is saying screw everyone who ever doubted or made fun of him because now it's Slipknot Three, The world Nothing.

This song reminds me of myself. I LOVE it. Especially the part "The only reason you love me is I'm hated by all". I am in high school and I hang-out with what they call the "goth freaks". And every year we get these freshman who want to be "goth" because they think it is "cool". And the fact that they go about it the way that they do is all so "poser". Especially the blonde-preppy-cheerleader who wouldn't talk to us last year, because we were "contagious". anywho. fare thee well.

the title means, like jahred said, winning 3-0, in my perspective, it's that slipknot has 3(for their albums, excluding MFKR) and the media has zero, since the media and whatever have nothing on slipknot really. they can bash slipknot all they want and slipknot doesnt care, and this album was kinda about shoving it back in their face, and saying "you dont control us".
