We like talking dirty, we smoke and we drink
We're KMFDM and all other bands stink
Our music is sampled, totally fake
It's done by machines 'cause they don't make mistakes
We don't have no lyrics, our message is nil
We hate all DJ's, they're making us ill
Whatever we tell you is meant to be crap
We hate all music and especially rap
We don't like Michael Jackson, we hate Depeche Mode
We don't care for Madonna or Kylie Minogue
Our records have stickers with a warning from Tipper
'Cause they're no good for kids if we'd get her we'd strip her
KMFDM forward the ultimate sound
And a message from Satan if you turn it around
You might think we're stupid but we're way above it
We don't give a shit and the kids just love it
We wouldn't sell to a major for a couple of bucks
No doubt about it, KMFDM sucks
We're KMFDM and all other bands stink
It's done by machines 'cause they don't make mistakes
We hate all DJ's, they're making us ill
We hate all music and especially rap
We don't care for Madonna or Kylie Minogue

Hee hee... I just love this song.
For me, these lyrics aren't great and surely aren't the maximum expression of hard work, but still they conatin such an acid irony which make them not only funny, but also very accurate when it comes to make a statement of what KMFDM intends to be about, or moreover, what KMFDM and many other eletronic acts don't intend to be.
I would have liked better and not-so-easy rhymes but, anyway, the self-mocking spirit of this song is still great.
this song kick ass
In response to Alieno, this may not be the most intelligent song, but I don't think it's meant to be. I think it's meant to be kind of simplistic and even a little stupid. After all, they are poking a lot of fun at themselves in this song, and what better way to do it than by writing a song that's very easy to make fun of? You could spend all day wishing for intelligent lyrics, but if they had given you that, it wouldn't suck, and the whole point of the song was to suck and make a little fun of themselves. At the same time, though, they almost come off as arrogant in this song: "We're KMFDM and all other bands stink". That adds a whole new dimension of comedy to the whole thing, like they're proud of sucking or something. I respect a band that can laugh at themselves like KMFDM can, and Sucks is a hilarious song. The bottom line: without the simplicity and stupidity of the rhymes and lyrics, the song wouldn't be half as good.
Exactly, a band with as much depth and meaning as KMFDM has to balance it out with a few joking songs.

So they don't really hate Depeche Mode? hahaha
I saw a live video where in the beginning of the song he says "Ministry sucks ass" hilariously...then a lot of the lyrics used opposites of the recordings version. It is hilarious!
@RingAnimated If you're talking about the 1992 Chicago live video, he says "Ministry sucks eggs", not "ass". I think it was a reference to the full title of Psalm 69: The Way To Succeed and the Way To Suck Eggs. But yeah, now they love MJ and DM, and they "care for" Madonna and Minogue. It's pretty funny.
