This song is talking about someone answering to God's calling. Whatever it is that God is calling them to be, they think twice if this is what's right for them. And when God reached into their life, its a feeling/experience that words can't describe. And realizing that Jesus died for us on the cross bc He loved us so much, so the person wants to love Him with their life. In the 6th verse, they describe how they're a sinner and with the sins they have committed, they don't feel worthy to worship the Lord but regardless of their sins, God continues to love them unconditionally.

dude, its one of the BEST! just makes me soo happy to listen to it =]
its bands like relient k that keep me up with my faith. without them, i dont really think of god that much, but then i listen to songs like these and i realize what i'm doing wrong.
This song is about a young Christian who is questioning his faith ("do you know what you're getting yourself into?") and is praying to god to remove his doubt. Near the end of the song he begins to realize what he's getting into. And the last verse is Jesus simply telling him he loves him, and all his doubt is gone.

i can relate to this song all the way. it means just what it says...that i'm gonna start living for God because when i was confused, wondering why no one loved me, God spoke to me and he showed me where i need to be. i think this song is referring to those who have sort of forgotten about God, or have doubted him. if you truely want to get your life right with God though, the best thing to do is let go of what you had because God will love you no matter what happened in the past.
This song is amazing... it's like when you have lot of problems and you forget that the only person that is always there is God.. it's amazing.. and he's the only person that we need to survive and love with all our heart and life.. beautiful song.....

This song is amazing, i am shocked that it doesn't have more comments, i think everyone can relate to this song in one way or another, cus im pretty sure that a lot of people have felt like this. Relient K are awesome, they send such an good message in their music.
this song is awesome. i think it's mainly about just what it says. about people who live their life for God being unsure about doing-so because it can be hard.. but that they shouldn't be afraid to do it because if they just put their faith and love in God, it'll be okay.
