This song's pretty obvious. It's about someone who just has no originality of their own and there personality is a mix of other people's and how much he hates them because of it. Knowing manson, there might be another meaning to it, but meh.
In the "Long Hard Road Out Of Hell", there is someone who hates him, yet tries to be like him and it basically pissed Manson off.
this song is about manson's old girlfriend's friend who was always trying to be like him...and yeah, it did piss him off
