To me, this song is talking about all the low and dark times we go through in our lives. When we are hopeless, we feel alone, that there is no hope. That nothing is going right... And it's God saying, there is hope. There's hope in Me, I love you, I'm with you, you will never be alone. I'm waiting, waiting here for you... for you to come running to me.

this is such a great song. me going through so many troubles and difficulties, feeling like my life is at its lowest of lows, this song makes you feel sooo much better. kutless sang it as if God were singing it to you and the best part is God IS singing it to u!
i think this song is saying how God can see that we're all alone, and trying to show people that we're alright but he knows that we aren't and he's telling us that we don't have to "pretend to cope." all he's telling us to do is change perspectives and look towards the truth, and allow God to enter your heart
