Cold blue waves
Cold dead sky
See in the sea what I need to be
Cold blue waves

Cold blue mind... (hear them talk about)
Cold dead mind

See in the sea what is and what will be

Every dream I have wants me to stay
Every night I try to find a way

I hide nowhere
They hide in my world
I have nowhere to go
Dreams come as they...
Sleep comes as it...
Dreams come as they do

My OpinionI believe this song is about being stuck in a rut emotionally, maybe seeing the world as cold and bitter. Then suddenly a realization hits you and you have to move with the present, while at the same time you are still working with the angry feelings and react coldly to others because of it- maybe even using isolation as a coping mechanism.

General CommentI think it has to do with depression and finding reasoning to still carry on. The usage of the adjectives cold, blue, and dead mean that the person is in a stagnant state; additionally the narrator maybe even has some anxiety since he thinks others are talking negatively about him/her.

"See in the sea what is and what will be"

The sea represents his/her current state and what it will be for the foreseeable future. The next verse shows ambition and motivation for adversing their depression.

The chorus signifies that his/her dreams live within they're mind; he can't escape or hide from either his/her dreams or depression. Hence the lack of direction. Ultimately due to the depression, his/her dreams fade away...
