The Number No Good Things Could Come Of Lyrics
Now let me introject about this little peace we have
And all the months passed dragging through the mud,
dragging through the mud,
dragging down.
Helps me comment on virginity.
Help me find the price of humility.
As a matter of fact you owe me some
As a matter of fact you owe me.
And I guess,
And I guess,
And I confess,
I sometimes think I'm God,
Do I exist just to work for you?
Cancer is the proof
We will be going nowhere soon
You're the reason why
Im always asking of you twice
Cancer is the proof
We will be going nowhere soon
You're the reason why
They're always doubting of us twice.
And all the months passed dragging through the mud,
dragging through the mud,
dragging down.
Helps me comment on virginity.
Help me find the price of humility.
As a matter of fact you owe me some
As a matter of fact you owe me.
And I guess,
And I guess,
And I confess,
I sometimes think I'm God,
Do I exist just to work for you?
Cancer is the proof
We will be going nowhere soon
You're the reason why
Im always asking of you twice
Cancer is the proof
We will be going nowhere soon
You're the reason why
They're always doubting of us twice.

Gorgeous song. Very different from anything that GJ has done. It's just Daryl and Larry. LISTEN TO IT.
fucking amazing.
This song is great. It used to be called St. Alex and featured only the guitar. IT had a few different lyrics here and there, but still amazing.
Dude. The acoustic version, St. Alex is more recent.
peaceful
i think it is about losing naivity when you become a certain age in life.
I think that third tragedy is close. But i think the song is pretty much about all the hassle daryl has received about breaking Edge. There is a line on the El Mark itunes release where he says "As a matter of fact you owe me (your biggest fan)" and i think that he kind of felt he was past being straight edge, but people were giving him so much shit for it and so many people were saying "how could you sell me out"?

if that's true, that it's just daryl and larry..
that's really really sad and depressing.
but i dont think that's true.
one of their best songs for sure
