My interpretation of this. These might be thoughts a lot of rockstars commonly have, while touring on the road, when they've got a s.o. back at home. Just airing his insecurities, that he has no way of verifying or disproving for himself while he's far away. Maybe conversations with her, maybe sounding a little off, maybe he's reading into it too much. He's convinced she must be cheating, and now he's losing his mind with what he's already convinced himself of. The line I don't get is the how could you let them take you away from me. But I'm guessing maybe her friends are on board with the guy she's cheating with. Again, probably all entirely his insecure thoughts he's airing out, whether he's right about it or not.

This reminds me of my boyfriend, but I think I am paranoid, but it reminds me of how I feel. It's kinda a long distance relationship, so I am always afraid that he has found someone else and just won't tell me... I dunno... =(

The one thing that I'm unsure about is "How could you let them take you away from me " because this is saying that there is more than one person who's luring her away from Wes.

This is one song that any pissed teenager might play to relieve his anger...A guy my age might go for something for intellegent and artsy. For being literalists, these guys can cut to the heart of the matter. This is not my favorite song by them, but its better than emo shit.

His woman dumped him, and now he's resorting to drinking and/or drugs to ease his pain. He thought he had something good going until the dumb bitch cheated on him. He really needed her and now he doesnt know what to do with himself. I know this feeling well.

i think this song is the only good song on their "life on diplay"cd.

I think its about a man being paranoid about this girl he loves, but one day what he was dreeding actually comes true and actually not mad because he saw it coming.
