Just airing his insecurities, that he has no way of verifying or disproving for himself while he's far away. Maybe conversations with her, maybe sounding a little off, maybe he's reading into it too much. He's convinced she must be cheating, and now he's losing his mind with what he's already convinced himself of. The line I don't get is the how could you let them take you away from me. But I'm guessing maybe her friends are on board with the guy she's cheating with. Again, probably all entirely his insecure thoughts he's airing out, whether he's right about it or not.
