Is about someone that have depression, and the ''inner voices'' keep tormenting him to make something crazy, like hurt the people who loves him, we can see it in the verse ''Killing you, is just killing me'' And the people who love him, just wanna go away, but if she do this, he may commit suicide, like in the verse ''You think it's over, there's a gun in my head full of lead'', so the people can feel guilty.
about a guy thats got so many problems inside that it makes part of him just do everything he doesnt want to to the person he loves so he is saying go away before they both hurt more
