The Culling Song Lyrics
and now it seems so odd to me that I believed in anything,
will this winter hold let go in spring? Becoming
more than how I'm viewing everything. This is what you've
been planning on? Say you want to know what been going on.
Can't you tell?
we always are falling apart

the perfect ending to this album. the guitars at the end don't really need to go on for ten minutes, but i love the part with the cellos and when the snare kicks in towards the end of the actual song. rip fairweather.
you should look into what a culling song actually is. in mythology a culling song is said to lull you to an everlasting sleep. and by listening through to the end of the song, you die.. thats why this song is so long.
That is an awesome interpretation largemarge. The fact that this song continues for as long as it does is what makes it great. It is so peaceful. One of fairweather's best, and by far the best off of Lusitania.
thanks punch, oh and this site says falling apart but in the song its falling away. oh well.anyways, the actual lyric part of this song is awsome, i almost see a relationship's ups and downs through a year's time.you can put it like its one person saying it to the other. or maybe im completely wrong...?
