funny song! i like it. growing up in the 80s must have been neat. i dunno i was born in the middle of the decade, so i don't remember much of it, but it must have been cool. anyway, fun song. yeah, it's about being yourself and having fun!

I don't know about growing up in the '80s...but some of the music and movies from that time period seem so depressing, and I think today the '80s are so romanticised and I don't think they were that good after all. People choose to remember the good parts but forget the bad parts. Just like your grandfather, way back when he was your age, you know what I mean? Sorry for the rambling.
