Walking oh so slowly. Don't know anybody. Feels like I'm in Cairo. Talking oh so quickly. Please explain what they mean. Taking matters too light. How did this start a fight. Why did I tie them tight? Double knotted tonight. I guess this must be Cairo. Diamonds and brass hid behind painted glass in the heart of Cairo. Sinking in way too deep. I won't care what they think once I've left for Cairo. Thinking about it too hard. Shouldn't take this too far or I'll end up in Cairo. How did I find my back in... Cairo?

This sound to me like he went somewhere (Cairo...) where he could be whoever he wanted and get lost in the moment, but perhaps he didn't feel comfortable losing control, or he didn't feel like the carefree life was enough like what he had always experienced.

Eerrily good. Haunting, that's the word. It begins slowly and build to a high point where you're just waiting for it to explode, and then it reels you back in. Wonderful production and song.

great sound. another gem from hot hot heat. to be a hundred percent honest, they could be talkin about things like kittens and caramels and i wouldnt care, the sound of the piano and the bass are just perfect

This song has to be some sort of drug reference. Perhaps an LSD trip???? Definitely a great song to listen to after taking a few bong hits. try it.
