This song is awesome. If anyone wonders who Marcus Garvey and Assata Shakur are, they were both leading figures of the black liberation/civil rights movement. Garvey founded the UNIA-ACL (Universal Negro Improvement Association and African Communities League) and Shakur was a member of the Black Panther Party.

Shakur is also wanted for several murders in the New Jersey area, and currently has political asylum in Cuba.

Yes, she is cosidered a domestic terrorist and has a $1 million reward for her capture.

She's also the godmother of rapper Tupac Shakur.
