The Juliana Theory's lyrics are always some great ones to just sit and ponder. There seems to be a story behind the words, and that makes them really intruiging. This song is depressing, but it's good.
this song makes me think of that weird point in a relatioship where you know you are going to break up (or maybe just think you are) or just after you've broken up and the two of you don't know what to do. hate each other? be awkward friends? who knows. life is crazy, people are worse, lol.
If I could have a favorite song off this CD this would be it but I think that there are so many gr8 songs off of this CD so this is totally tyed. I love the lyrics and I love the toon of this song. This is by far one of the songs off this CD with the most Emo in it and for that reason it makes me like it even more. I am totally for Emo and I think if everyone let their ears listen to this CD they would love it too because Juliana Thoery is an ass kicking band! I love this song once again and it's short and sweet. Hey not many songs that are 2:07 minutes long can be really good but Juliana Thoery really knows how to make this song good not good but gr8! The Juliana Theory.........what more is there to say. Their lyrics are the best emo lyrics ever. Every single one of their songs is pure emo. And this song, is my favorite by them. NO emo band can compare to the lyrics this band can come out with. And better, they haven't soldout and go on the radio or MTV. Now that's a good band. No sellout. But many many fans, such as me.
I just fell in love with TJT and picked up this CD today... I just LOVE every song, this one's amazing cuz it's really short, but gets the point along perfectly :)
Ya know what....... I am soooooooooooooooooooo happy they don't play anything like this on the radio. I mean, we have a good rock station... but they only play mainstream stuff. I'm not complaining! I rarely listen to the radio. As long as I have kazaa and can make forever-long playlists, I'm happy!! and I love this band!! TruEmoKid... I'm with you on the lyrics thing... but are there really no other bands with lyrics as great as TJT? Please tell me if there are! I'm new to emo.
i must say , this is my favourite t JT - song , a true emo- track , emo that touches the heart ... my best friend and i are like totally addicted to this tune . If there's one song i wanna have on my funeral , this is the chosen one !! i know it's kinda weird talkin' about this sorta stuff but think about it , everything quiet , everyone sad , and then this song begins, i know i'd start cryin' !!
This is the greatest TJT song, although the whole album rocks. Their lyrics are unbeatable! Another wonderful TJT song is "Piano Song" from the "Music From Another Room EP". If you haven't heard that, be sure to check it out! TJT is my favorite band, and I can't wait until their new album "Love" comes out! Everyone buy it! If it's even half as good as "Emotion is Dead", it will most definitely be worth the money!

this song is absolutely amazing. TJT has really great lyrics that are extremely profound. If you like them, you might like Dashboard Confessional. They are emo as well and are great.
