i remember when i got this cd a couple years ago this was my absolute favorite song, i would dance around to it and i always had it on repeat... it reminded me of the little mermaid for some reason. i think it's one of my less favorite tracks on this album now but i always remember feeling all bubbly and happy listening to this when i first got the cd

I love the lyrics and the strange melody. I think the part where Gwen says zzzZAP! is cute.
The meaning of the song is pretty obvious. It's about someone who worries too much! They run around trying to hold everything together, but it's more beneficial to cross certain bridges when you come to them. Perhaps a lot of the members of No Doubt felt this way back then. They worked hard to succeed. Maybe the song is about one or all of them.
