ok, to start with, I'm not a Staind fan. but, wow, great song! i first heard this song on, of all places, the trailer for The Butterfly Effect (amazingly good film!) and something about it stuck with me. All i could remember was the line "It's been awhile..." so i managed to track it down. Something about this song really tugs at me and, from the 3 pages of comments and personnal accounts, I can see I'm not the only one! I'm not going to try and give a definative meaning to this song. It seems kinda pointless in the face of everything above this comment. Keep up the good work, team!
