Star No Star

I've heard people theorize that sing song is about Jessicka's relationship with Jeordie White, otherwise known as Twiggy Ramirez. Over time, he started becoming more Twiggy and less Jeordie, changing from the person she'd fallen in love with.

That's just a theory, though, as far as I know.

i agree bout the twiggy comment but would also like 2 add that it i feel it may also be about jessickas growing fame and the conflict in careers and how no matter who u r or what u becomeu r still going to die eventually

I am actually listening to this song as I type. heh But anyways this song makes me tear up sometimes. God the sound...the lyric...this band...totally amazing!!! I can kinda relate to this song but all in all JoJ Rocks!

This song is definatly about lonliness...i feel an empty but yet comforting feeling from this song. I get that feeling from many of their songs and it's ohh soo great

yeah..i think it's about Jeordie vs. Twiggy, too. There's a feeling of betrayal in it, like Jessicka saying, "why couldn't you have stay Jeordie with me?" and it makes me sad for her. I love this song very much. Especially when she says, "When you are searching for stars, you will be looking right here." That's a total "Fuck you." I love it.

It is about Jeordie/Twiggy, and how the last two years in their relationship he started to change alot and that he became Twiggy and he started wearing Jessicka's clothes and such. Hah. I love Twiggy. He rocks my socks.

Ummmm...well.... I love this song and all but not to piss anyone off I LOVE JEORDIE WHITE MAN!!!! Twiggy or Jeordie whatever man I love him. This song does make sense to the situation though.....

i always thought it was about jeordie/twiggy...but kind of like, things broke up when they shudnt have, and theres the idea that altho it will always be one sided the love will always be there, because when jess loves him he wont love her, and when he loves her she wont feel the same. its beautifully sad, because of the inevitability, knowing it will never be perfect, and also her pain in remembering how things were and now shes sort of lost. i think the star no star bits are sort of like 'you're a big star to everyone else now but your not a star to me' and vice versa (you were a star to me but not to anyone else) but thats my opinion. also the whole 'you end up dead in the end' like its all futile, because everyone ends up the same
