This song is basically to me about a SpiritWalker, who takes your spirit that's what i gather from it. It's not a bad thing, it's just very Spiritual. A truly great song!

Considering Astbury's well known love of Native American and such cultures and his fascination with their rituals.

Spiritwalkers is a term used by Aboriginies to describe the moments when a person passes over to the spirit world to walk among the spirits and the last "song" they sing before passing over (presumably sung at their funeral)
