Metal Mickey Lyrics

Well she's show showing it off then
The glitter in her lovely eyes
Show show showing it off then
And all the people shake their money in time

She sells heart, she sells meat
Oh dad, she's driving me mad, come see

We shake shake shake to the trumpet
And through the slippery city we ride
Skyline swine on the circuit
Where all the people shake their money in time

She sells heart, she sells meat
Oh dad, she's driving me mad, come see

In the live version, they end the song with Brett howling "Oh ho ho"'s in the end. I wish that they had done that in the studio version as well.

Btw, thanks for mentioning Katie Jane Garside and Daisy Chainsaw, they sound interesting.

@Eatcarpet Im glad you mentioned this. I always sing along to the ohs oh ohs - and then wonder why they arent in the song.

And they look it, Mr Carpet, believe you me. Hee hee hee!

Yeah it's supposedly about KatieJane but I never found her to be "extremely risque".

@rollingstonedmagazine she was 'risque' in the same way as Wendy James from Transvision Vamp was risque: A poser at being cool/hip/happening if it meant making loads of money from ignorant and gullible 'music' fans - hence their song: 'Love Your Money'
