To be more exact, the song is about Fred West, who killed himself in jail for the murders he and his wife, Rosemary (Rose) committed. Rose is still in jail.
This is about the horrors of Fred and Rose West. I am now reading the second book I've found on them by the same title of this song.
More or less, the interesting stuff, is that on album ''7'' this is second song, inspired with horrors. The other one is ''Deep Red''.
