The precursor, and shorter version of The Return of Sathington Willoughby. It's about a, apparantly neo-con, politician who legislates everything in our lives (presumably issues like morality). One of Primus' few political songs.

This song.........well this track, i dont think you can really call it a song cracks me up. Les' voice is so crazy and korny that i just crack up......primus is one krazy band!!!!!

It's don't very sound like a song, because it's more like..a sketch with music, like "The Return of Sathington Willoughby" Les don't very sing, he just says the Sathington's words
