(there’ll Be Bluebirds Over) The White Cliffs Of Dover Lyrics

There’ll be bluebirds over
The white cliffs of Dover
Tomorrow, just you wait and see
There’ll be love and laughter
And peace ever after
Tomorrow, when the world is free

The shepherd will tend his sheep
The valley will bloom again
And Johnny will go to sleep
In his own little room again

There’ll be bluebirds over
The white cliffs of Dover
Tomorrow, just you wait and see...

Cover art for (there’ll Be Bluebirds Over) The White Cliffs Of Dover lyrics by Glenn Miller

I've never heard this song. :( But it caught my eye cause of these lyrics by Andrew Bird:

so here we are at the end the war is over there's nothing left to defend no cliffs of Dover

Makes so much more sense now!
