"suimasen" = "excuse me" or "pardon me" in Japanese
I think this is a guy trying to describe his feelings about a girl to the girl herself.
actually "sumimasen" means "excuse me" and a whole bunch of other things in japanese. so I'm not sure if this misspelling is on purpose or not. :)
