He's basically saying "hey, let's do it, just to have some fun and relieve some stress". He puts it pretty bluntly too. That's one of the reasons I like this song so much. It's just so blunt.
A Really good song. But I hate the sentiment. I am a woman, obviously. No matter how much we THINK we would LIKE unemotional, unattached sex, few of us can handle it. I think it's mostly b/c we know you would tell all your friends!
