Sweet Tooth Lyrics
she's melting on me like cotton candy
i make the faces that make you cry
i want you more when you're afraid of
my disease, disease is draining me
anymore you're not so "pretty please"
disease, disease is draining me
i want you more when you're afraid of me
i will break you inside out
you are mine, you are mine
i will break you inside out
you are mine, you are mine
her hair hangs in swollen strings
i'm choking on her, it feels so sickening
i make the faces that make you cry
i want you more when you're afraid of
my disease, disease is draining me
anymore you're not so pretty, please
disease, disease is draining me
i want you more when you're afraid of me
i will break you inside out
you are mine, you are mine

This is my favorite Marilyn Manson song and it sounds like its about domestic abuse and intimidation. A lot of girls who have been in abusive relationships can relate "I want you more when you're afraid of me" means that intimidation and control is the kind of relationship he has
"I will break you inside out" means he's going to pretty much break her down and mold her to cater himself, which is a reflection of a lot of relationships

indeed this song is about cocaine , at least i think so , quotes such as "she is melting on me like cotton candy" cocaine in olden times was melted into a drink to add kick to it and "i make the faces that make you cry" the psychotic episodes during cocain hallucination , causing emotional unbalances triggered by odd expressions or actions , also his referring tohis disease draining him , weight loss , also deeper meaning being emotional and social drainage , falling out with all who know him.
onto a lighter side , THIS SONG FUCKING OWNS! distortion rocks in it! i love it!

looking like some ones abusing someone/thing and is slowly dieing because it "my disease, disease is draining me" like he/she feels it is out of they're control. "I'm choking on her, it feels so sickening" seems like they know they have a problem
digging the distortion though...
@ultrayuppers amen.

I think this song is just about gluttony, but is kind of obviously comparing it to addiction. it seems like the speaker's demeanor keeps shifting between seeking pity and violent contempt, like an addict or a spoiled child who wants candy.
this song reminds me of stinkfist because in my head they're nearly about the same topic.
