I think he's talking about his girl doing heroin or shooting up something, then cheating on him and leaving him. "Train in vein", like the tracks that show up on your arm after you shoot up, trains run on tracks, get it?

see this is how covers should be if ur gunna play it in concert thats one thing but if ur gunna record it and put it on an album or single u should put a little beit of yourself into it so its not just the same song same chords with a diffrent voice. if i wanted that i could play the song and sing over it myself. this is a masterpiece. they took a great song and put a little bit of glassjaw into it. love it
