This song was written around the time Neil Tennant came out, so I always thought it was about the craziness and relief of him coming out. I don't think its a surprise another song on the album is called Liberation.
A great song.It cheers me up everytime i hear it.
First off, I want to say this song is excellent. I've been a PSB fan for about 3 years now. On to the meaning of the song. What I get from the lyrics is that he's so head over heels in love that he is doing things he never had done before. Pretty simple and straight-forward song toward its meaning.
