paranoia. this is pretty much my theme song.
I love it. its about cracking up. he thinks that everyone's trying to steal his girlfriend, that the government is after him, and that people are out to kill him. Actually everything is fine, and he gets in line at the phychatrists office, where he gets help
It is a hilarious song. And epp88 is right about what going on. It's funnier if you see the music video. It has Dale from King of the Hill on it and all that same sort of stuff going on.

Could this video be about Dale Gribble? I know it mentions a girlfriend whereas he has a wife...but still.
I don't think the song has anything to do with King of the hill, they just decided to put that in the music video cause it's funny and BNL are funny people.
Just remember that just because you're paranoid, doesn't mean they're not out to get you.
This song IS about King of the Hill, in particular, Dale Gribble. when the song was released thats what they said on their website.
This song is about going in for your annual checkup at the doctor's office and knowing there's something wrong.... The guy is worried and is paranoid about loosing his girlfriend. Because his 'problem' (gotta go see my doctor about this itchy pentagram-shaped rash) will... concern her... to say the least. XD
If you listen to the podcast Steve and Ed both say the song is from Dale Gribble's POV. So it is about King of the Hill. End of story.
