Hey "Iamtheevenstar", theyre not being completely serious. Obviously theyre referring to the close watch that is being kept over all american citizens. Of course the president has no clue he's jerking off, but the point of this song is to extremify what is happening every day.By making the example more extreme, it creates more of an impact.

um i think this dude has a serious mental condition if he thinks the CIA are watching him all the time...most people end up in sanitariums for things like that. even if they are watching him, who gives a fuck...as he says, "tell mr. president that im jerking off". for some reason, i think the CIA has better things to do than watch some punk jerk off. but if thats really how they spend their time, then good for them, its not like they dont jerk off too.
