Ah, Kyo. Gotta love him, the short, sexy maniac that he is. Yes, the song is obviously about cocaine and masturbation, but there's more to it. In my opinion, the song is about one half of him arguing with the other--one half that knows what he's doing is wrong, the other half not caring and enjoying. The "you" he speaks of is one of the halves. The chastity belt is perhaps the "good" him trying to force the "bad" to stop, or perhaps it's the "bad" mocking the good. The end is one of the 'halves' shutting up the other, either symbolically killing him, or he could be committing suicide to shut up both halves. Wow. Trying to understand Kyo is not an easy task!
Did anyone else notice the title? I spent ages thinking "What the hell is Egnirys Cimredopyh? I know its not Japanese." Then I noticed... Its Hypodermic Syringe backwards. If everyone else already figured that out, sorry. I just want to share my enlightenment.

I'll point out again, that no, Deepshadow.. Kyo wrote the lyrics for this song, as he does for ALL Dir en grey's songs. sigh Yes, I always assumed this song was about heroin.. considering he makes references to freebasing, and the song is 'hypodermic syringe' spelled backwards. And, well.. I think everything that needs to be said has been. ^^

No. They don't. They write MUSIC for their songs, yes. But Kyo writes all the lyrics. In every one of their albums he's credited for writing them, if you just bother to take a look.
well, everyone who's posted here already intimidates the fuck out of me because i am not a diru-obsessed kid... but. i do have something to add to this discussion. i was told that "hypodermic" is a censored word in japan and in order to avoid censorship, kyo wrote it backwards. it doesnt make sense to me because hypodermic isnt even a japanese word, but... this is the story.
