Well..it's not that incredible in my opinion. As you said EverDream is about a deep love..why not even about some platonic feeling. Tuomas and Tarja knew each other for ages (they met at the age of 11 or something). According to Tuomas (reference: the NW book) she has always been a very charismatic girl. She has been the voice of his feelings since the beginning and , always according to him, they developed a special relationship. It's not that impossible that he had other feelings apart from simple friendship. Maybe even just some platonic artistic bound. It's romantic but not that incredible. How many musicians/artists had a muse? I'm not saying it must be Tarja..I'm saying it might be as it might be not ;)
