Now we have all the album songs for Biffy Clyro!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wonderful. does anyone know if we are the first people on the net to do that???????

I absolutely love this song. Every single time i hear it i get a huge lump in my throat, it's definately my favourite biffy clyro song.

I guess it's about a guy who tried to hold onto a relationship and in doing so got hurt, badly. "What must I have become to deserve all the shit that you gave me?"

The relationship ended and it tore him apart "it's been two months since you taught me not to trust" He doesn't blame her, because he knew that this would happen "but you kept your promise, you made patterns in my face, you painted pictures with my tears, and you did it again, I knew that you would"

She helped him learn about the world, and give him a reason to carry on with his life, even though she isn't in it anymore. "Thank you for showing me there's more"

She did hurt him, but there's no point in trying again, it will just happen again, so it's time for them both to just move on. "It's time to let go"

The lines "and you did it again" and "you kept you promise "lead me to believe that this is a song about someone who's given someone else another chance after getting hurt by them already. This time it's broken the person completely and they have to let go of the person and their faith and hope in them.

Whoever submitted the lyrics can't quite grasp the concept of English... I say, if you write like that, drink bleach.

To me this song is about closure. It's about finally seeing the truth, recognising that someone has hurt you, and moving on.
