I can't explain why, but this reminds me of my hometown. I was born in a relatively small Nova Scotia town called New Glasgow, and sometimes my family would take me to some places in the area, which I've since forgotten where exactly they are. I guess it reminds me of that because this is the kind of song I'd listen to when I lived in New Glasgow, if I didn't move to Halifax in 2007 (same year Lesson in Romantics was released). In general, I guess the song just gives off the vibe of a costal town. I miss that town sometimes. |

It seems a bit obvious that the song is told from the perspective of one of the kids who was killed inside of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza who's soul made it's way into one of the suits. They think it's all a bad dream and that they'll wake up and everything will be alright. |
