i think this is a song about how he helps people with their problems with his disease. and when he says standard procedure, i serve no use to you means that anyone with a standard problem in a hospital he cant really help. the best of luck with the burning barge thing has to do with people he knew wouldnt make it but you have to wish them luck. thats just what i think. later |
