the first few times i heard this song i was always thinking crash as in car crash. but after really listening to it i'm thinking more like an emotional crash.
hes bassically saying he knows hes gonna regret saying somethin but it has to be said and this girl or guy puts him through so much that she ignores how he feels. it could be a song about love or friendships
