This song really gets to me. I think the song is about loving someone whos sadly passed on and then being together yet again in death. Hence, when love and death embrace. I want a tattoo on my collar bones that says R.I.P. Papa, then on the other collar bone i want his birthdate and the day he died. and under both of those i want it to say "please take into your arms, when love and death embrace" kinda cheesey, yes. however, very meaningful. |

Like in the line “The blood on our hands is the wine” is saying how someone per say just ripped out the wings of a butterfly. And then the next line “We offer as sacrifice” is about the person offering the butterfly wings to the god’s in exchange for eternal life. |
