Maybe people dont really know the real story behind this song. But i'll try to explain.. The poison ivy is Camilla Belle. You can compare this song lyric with JB's other song entitled "Move on". They have the sIMILAR rhyme. Move on lyric was once written by joe to reffer hiss ex, A.J. mICHALKA. And Poison ivy must be about jOE'S GIrl too. Remembering that Joe once was off with Camilla for a while when they didnt seem to be together and Camilla hang out with other man, rob pattinson in a party, but then they got back together again, until they're finally really2 over.
