to me this song is about a relationship problem the guy is having doubts about the girl he loves and whether she will be true to him in a need of a change, the neeed of light the moment was wrong, when no one is right i know that someday you'll turn your back to me i know that somedeay you won't be there for me he wants to save her though, because he realizies that he wants to make the most of the time he has left with her because she is very influenced by other people but don't let them change your mind i'm trying to save you now he also realizies that she is human just like him and makes mistakes we all fall down when it's over now we won't be broken now we all fall down that's just my interpretation of it i could be wrong.... |

First off, this song is very moving, but very sad. i think its about losing a loved one because they died or losing them in the sense that they left you and are no longer there for you, and you are in pain over that lost friendship or the death of a friend, family member, etc.... that's just my interpretation though... i would wish to hear your replies as to what you think though.... |

first, i can't believe no one has commented on this song, its a great song, and as for the meaning of this song its obvious. the guy is saying he as made some mistakes and wishes he could take them back and start over with the girl he loves, he thought i would be easy but i wasn't. i never said, you never said, you never said that it would be this hard love is meant to be forever, now or never seems to discard there's gotta be a better way to say whats on my heart without leaving scars so can you hear me when i call your name he wishes he could apologize and tell the girl he loves her without hurting he more and when you fall apart, am i the reason for your endless sorrow there's so much to be said, and with a broken heart your walls can only go down but so low can you hear me when i call your name he says that complicated situations lead to problems and he is the reason they had problems complicated situations are the making of all that's wrong and i've been standing in the river of deliverance way to long there's gotta be a better way to say what's on my heart without leaving scars so can you hear me when i call your name, so can you hear me when i call your name in the end he is saying he wishes he could take all that hurt back that he caused the girl to feel and start over and he's calling her name in hopes that she will give him one more chance |
