| i know im pretty much repeating what others have said but i think this song is about a guy that broke up with a girl and afterwords realized that he shouldn't have and is trying to apologize and get back together with her. i think that the verses sound like the guy's freind encouraging him and telling him to get his arse over to her so that the guy can apologize. i think the chorus sounds like a flash forward in the story of the song. you know what the guys gonna say, but the freind tells you why he says it while giving encouragement. | |

I have the feeling that you are the kind of person that looks for god in everyhting around you, but the unfortunate truth is, much of the time, he's not there.
