I first heard this at midnight last night, being tired as hell, and then I was rather disappointed, really. But now that I've heard it, eh, a couple of times it's way better! I really like it!

I agree with lilmetalman; it's about staying home for a while, and then they all have to go on the road again, and saying goodbye one more time to their loved ones (in Matt's case, his girlfriend). It's like they say; they love getting home to be with their families, but they don't manage to stay long because it kinda gets boring if one could put it that way.

What I don't understand, is why the song is called Ambrosia? Ambrosia is the food and drink of the Gods in Ancient Greek, making the one who drank it immortal. And as I don't know much about Midas and the myths surrounding him, I don't know he has anything to do with the ambrosia? Or am I wrong?
But besides this, Ambrosia is an amazing song, and Alesana is for sure one of my favourite bands! |

I ... really love this song, yeah really original, but I do.
And working with some WW1 project, this song has been good motivation.
And yeah, the sound has changed alot since The Poison, but I don't have a problem with it, I like them both really much! |
