3:00 sounds like Alice in Wonderland to me. but more like an atmosphere of Alice in Wonderland, teacups and all |

| Sufjan Stevens – A Good Man Is Hard to Find Lyrics

As to what larsonhicks said, I see the "once in the backyard" bit to provide imagery that references the grandmother's statement that the Misfit was also her child. I envision and relate the live burial analogy (with that of a prison) to the dirt bury in a backyard and also to the imagery of the playful child that can be found growing up inside of that backyard. With the Misfit "being" Jesus and Sufjan's possible play on that, the song and the story contain a sort of metaphor revealing a rebirth to innocence. |

I'm thinking it's either about someone who can't get their inner thoughts and ideas to shut up, or about a person their infatuated mind is bound around. |

It's pretty funny that JB covered this song coz Busted was making fun of boy bands, what would potentially be the Jonas Brothers. Ironic |

my god don't take everything so seriously. It's a joke, it's sarcasm- just like most of the rest of the song is. |

just because you're introverted, doesn't mean you're unhappy. introversion vs extroversion is a matter of preference, whether you'd like/want to spend time alone or spend time with others. so I would say Metroplis's interpretation is more likely to be correct. but I think MrDan could be right with the note on unhapiness, because so many people in society are doing what they think should make them happy, though it doesn't necessarily do so. |

yeah it's like radio streaming. it has the song "since you've been gone". and there's that man's dialogue, which i'm pretty sure is actually a quote that i can't find anywhere (but i might just have become used to these words after hearing the song so many times) |

actually, i'm not sure about what i just posted. i was thinking that that line was supposed to be a pun referencing the prostitution aspect the theme of this songs suggests. but maybe it is meant to be principles |

No. He's not British, of course. But he probably didn't actually fuck an american cunt. I think England is just a good country to use as reference for this kind of senario |

I don't like that it uses the Peter Gabriel line from Cape Cod Kwassa Kwassa in here. Maybe it's because it doesn't sound as good, but it seems like something a sell out rapper would do |

| Louis XIV – A Letter To Dominique Lyrics

T Rex is one of Louis' biggest influences. I don't remember how I know, but I can also just tell. This song is supposed to be basically an addition to Metal Guru...it was mentioned in a review somewhere. And if you haven't heard, "A bang a gong, or get it on" is the first lyric in their song Paper Doll. Quite similar to the name of the song by T Rex... |
