but i have to add.. not all of their covers have been awful and uneccessary. in their defence Romeo and Juliet was amazing and i thought better than the original. and Shadowplay i liked.. again better than the original. but this one and Hotel California were uneccessary and awful. |

oh... this song is really really trying to make me fall out of love with the killers... even more so than half the songs on Day and Age :( Hot Fuss and Sams Town (and Sawdust)... you will be missed dearly. really i am so sad about this i could cry... they were soo amazing before.. but now... well lets just say theyre on the twilight soundtrack. :( :( :( |

hmm... the killers do some awesome covers... romeo and juliet, shadowplay.... but in this case, well... i think there are some songs that just dont need to be covered :( i wish they would cover "What Ever Happened" by The Strokes. |

havnt heard the original... and m not really familiar with joy division... and i gotta say i didnt really like this song at first... only 4 the fact that it took too long to get to the words so to me it just really dragged out.. but since watching the film clip i hav had the song stuck constantly in my head and i absolutley love it! also i heard that the film clip used scenes from some movie about the lead singer of or the band joy devision - haha sorry that was very vague |

the chicks a dyke... in my opinion :) and childlight haha.. i see where ur coming from! i think this was a great some in the sence it really kick started the killers to their popularity - cuz this is done in the style that all those pop stations love, its catchy and u can dance to it. but ive gotta say that its nothing special... compare this to the great "Mr Brightside" or even the lesser known "show you how" "replacable" and "sweet talk" and it just doesnt measure up. its a good song 4 a bit of fun that almost everyone can get into... but if u r a tru killers fan or hav a tru appreciation for music i implore you to listen to almost any of the killers lesser known songs and they will blow your mind :) |

I love this song!! i wood say its one of my favourites from the new album but they're all good :D Brandon is amazing :) my guess to the meaning is that he just got out of a relationship which he was trying so hard to keep it from falling apart but he has finally decided to let it go and free himself and even tho its hard hes trying to see the positives... ne thawts? |
