I definitely feel this song the same way you do. I have more acquaintances than actual friends who I can tell my problems to too. And one of those friends who I could tell all my troubles to has moved up north a few months ago. And I was/still feel like I don't have anyone to go to when I'm feeling down and need someone to talk to anymore. It feels like... nobody cares. |

This is definatley one of my favs. CTTS are such lyrical geniuses. And I agree with lit_by_gunfire, that part is also my fav. And if anyone one read the small print at the end of the booklet that is in the album case, it says there what the whole conept of the album is supposed to be : "In a nutshell, the concept behind the songs was to document the different points on a path to self-realization in our interpretation of this journey, the wanderer ends up essentially in the same place that he or she began, if not humbled and even more overwhelmed. In a sense the ending is somewhat tragic, but without experincing all of the lows how can anyone ever appreciate the amazing subtleties that this world has to offer? And so, if the search for beauty and understanding is unending, then at least we'll never stop experiencing the thrill of the hunt..." So hopefully that'll help you all to figure out the meanings. |

And the whole stroy is just so beautiful. And I can relate alot to the lyrics in this song. |
